If you are going to thrive to potential, you must, MUST, have an effective web presence.  Shopping around for the right boutique web design firm to help with registering a domain name can take weeks. To achieve this, Glenmeadow Web Design offers you your choice of two approaches:


                              BASIC WEBSITE LAUNCH


Being a local Richmond web design company provides many benefits. First, I will meet with you for up to 2 hours at your business location, learn from you and get a feel for your culture, your marketplace, your products and services, and your goals.   I recommend that you have 4 or 5 key images for your website, and I can take those photos if you do not already have them.  I will take the next 2 weeks to develop your site, which can have up to 5 pages.  Then, at your place of business, we will review it, LIVE, together, for up to 2 hours, and note any changes and improvements you would like.

I will implement all those changes within the next one week.  I will reserve a domain name for you (your "dot com" name), or start the transfer process if you already have an old website somewhere else that just isn't working for you.  In three weeks, we're done.  You are up and running with a compelling, professional internet presence!  Besides my development fee, you will be responsible for monthly hosting charges with Intuit.com, which are generally around $15.00/month.  You will be responsible for the cost of reserving your domain name, which is an additional $5.00 up front and $2.00 per month.*  Really, it's this inexpensive. The site you are looking at right now is a "Basic":  5 pages, a few compelling images, a clear business story, easy navigation, handsome graphics, and a contact us page with links, "add to favorites", MapQuest map, and a  "guest book" feature.

Richmond Web Design Services

THIS is what is unique about Glenmeadow Web Design:  Image-rich, media-dense websites that tell your business story in a compelling way.  Let's spend more time together, understanding what makes you unique as a business.  I will meet with you for up to 4 hours at your business location, learn from you and get a feel for your culture, your marketplace, your products and services, and your goals.  I will take photos and video of your business, and either build a large and eye-catching photo gallery/portfolio for you, or develop a marketing video to be posted on your website, something compelling that captures the essence of who you are, and which moves people emotionally to become your customers.   I may need to visit you again in order to accomplish this.  I will review the images and movie with you within three weeks, at your place of business, and you have up to 2 hours to comment and make changes.   Once the media content has been finalized, and images selected, I will need 2 more work weeks to have a draft website for your review.  Your website can include up to 8 content pages, up to 50 images, your movie, and your corporate logo if you have one.   In addition, I will reserve a domain name for you, or start the transfer process if you already have an old website somewhere else that just isn't working for you.  Provided you have a Paypal merchant account, your website can accept payments by an integrated Paypal button.  Should you elect to purchase credit card merchant services through Intuit, you can also establish up to 3 products for sale via your website, with payment by credit card.  Once I have built all this, we will do a LIVE review of your new website, together, at your business, for up to 2 hours.  You will have another 2 weeks to work with me, making changes and improvements to the site.  During this time, I will also be testing every button and function, making sure it all works perfectly.  Voila!  You are up and running, including e-commerce!

Cost:  $1,500, plus Intuit charges as above for monthly hosting, domain name, and ecommerce activities.*   We recommend addition Search Engine Optimization services, or "SEO" as they are called, which are available from a wide variety of services, including Intuit.*  This final layer of customization assures that your prospects and customers will FIND you when they go looking on the web.  Be sure to check out our Portfolio page to see samples of some spectacular websites, both built and currently under construction, featuring photo and video that really speak.
